Currently I’m working as a Producer at Demiurge Studios based in Boston, MA where I’ve gotten the chance to work with Riot Games on their popular autobattler, Teamfight Tactics.

Since starting in August of 2023 I’ve led production on several different interdisciplinary teams delivering a variety of gameplay and around-game features, cosmetic content, bug fixes, and more. We work as a hybrid / remote-first team which presents an interesting production challenge to keep communication flowing between team members and our client. While at Demiurge I have completed Certified ScrumMaster training through the Scrum Alliance which has helped me in my goal to empower our teams to be more self-organized and involved in driving how we work.

In this role I am frequently keeping stakeholders, Product Owners, and leads updated about the team’s status, working with them to find workable solutions to unexpected problems (timeline or priority pivots, staffing changes, etc). I also focus on planning early and adapting often in order to increase the efficiency and flexibility of our teams so we don’t get bogged down by the curve balls of live service development.
